You must be at least 18 years old to place orders online or make bookings. By using our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We deliver within a 5-mile radius of our café at 70 Niddrie Mains Road, Edinburgh. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Collection orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the notified ready time. Uncollected orders may be disposed of after 2 hours.
Venue hire bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to charges.
We take dietary requirements seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments.
Customers with severe allergies must inform us in writing before the event. We will make reasonable accommodations but cannot accept liability for allergic reactions.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kitchen & Bean Café and protected by UK copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.
You may view and print pages from the website for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from Kitchen & Bean Café.
Kitchen & Bean Café shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order or service in question.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of food received, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/collection. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods such as food.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
